Alterations and additions to an existing 1920's cottage in the North Sydney Council Plateau Conservation Area.

This home was an extensive refurbishment of an unattractive face brick cottage into a new contemporary home. The process took 2 years to complete with 8 months in council and 8 months to build. The project includes on the ground floor the Master bedroom and ensuite, a study, the laundry, the quest toilet, the family room, kitchen, dining room and lounge. On the first floor is the childrens zone with the playroom, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The project also includes a new in-ground pool and extensive landscaping. The builders for this project were Jarvis Builders.
